Where our visual language began
Jordi Marcer.
The painter who inspires this website. And the person who first placed his trust in us, in 1991.
A pictorial language of his own.
Jordi Marcer is a painter who developed a personal, recognisable style throughout his professional career. Now retired from professional practice, his painting remains a source of inspiration for us.
His paintings bring together figures, flowers, everyday objects and abstract compositions. Their material presence is tangible: raised textures, brushstrokes and translucent layers let colours meet while retaining their character.

Our shared history
1991
Our first client.
In 1991, Jordi Marcer became our first client. That first commission is part of our beginnings and holds a special place in our history.
Today, his work inspires the visual identity of programador-web.com. This page acknowledges both that initial trust and the artistic origins of what you see here.
Pictorial inspiration, reimagined
New illustrations inspired by his visual language
These images were created for this page. They explore colours, texture and brushwork drawn from the painterly sensibility that inspires the design.

From canvas to screen.
His painting inspires our textures, the depth of the layers, the meeting of ochre and blue, and the white lines that connect the planes. Here, that language becomes sections, frames and components that adapt to their content.
The three illustrations on this page were generated for this tribute. They explore a related palette and painted texture through new subjects and compositions; they are not paintings by Jordi Marcer.
Thank you, Jordi, for that first trust. And for the painting that inspires us today.
